B O O M E R - R A N G
THE
LARGEST SEGMENT OF OUR POPULATION, THE 'BOOMERS', IS REINVENTING
WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A SENIOR CITIZEN.
Boomers were the movers and shakers of the turbulent 60's
and they are
not about to sit quietly and age "gracefully."
They will age dynamically.
|
People
are living longer and better. If you are asking that mid-life
question, "Is this all there is?" you are not alone.
Baby Boomers, people born between 1945 and 1953, are contemplating
making major life transitions in their 40's and 50's.
When we are young adults we are focused on getting a job,
finding a soulmate, starting a family, and following the rules.
We define success as having a lot of material wealth, toys,
cars and nice "stuff." Then one day we wake up and
find that what we thought was "success" is not and
what was once appealing has changed.
The concept of balance becomes apparent and we no longer want
to pay high price for the trophy house, car, and toys. We
want to enjoy our life and time becomes the most valuable
possession.
*We begin to redefine ourselves and reinvent our life.
*Our dreams change and we want to nurture the gifts we were
given, to give back to the world.
*We get wake-up calls in the middle of the night in our dreams.
*We are ready to reinvent ourselves. What is your passion?
Is it photography, art, travel, meditation, yoga? What is
your priority in life? Family? Nature? Health?
With the largest segment of the population, Baby Boomers,
going through this transition, no wonder the world is changing
so rapidly. We are getting back to center. We are living authentically.and
mastering the art of living from the inside out.
Join me in the Boomer-Rang seminar of
self discovery. Connect with others who are answering their
wake-up calls.
Our classes are designed for quick, focused learning in a
variety of popular topics. The presentations is fun and interactive.
